If you are using a TMG or UAG server, making changes to the configuration requires waiting for TMG to synchronize its storage. You can monitor this with TMGs configuration console or UAG's activation monitor, but this little gadget shows the status as an icon on the systray. The icon would show Red or Yellow when the configuration is out of sync or updating, and green when it's synchronized and ready. Note that this can be run only on a TMG or UAG server.
